Joyce spent over 38 years in the credit union system, starting her career in Saskatchewan, spending time in Alberta before moving back to Saskatchewan in 1997.
Through her career, Joyce has held several positions, including participation in the Management Training Program, relationship management in the consumer, mortgage, agricultural and commercial lending sectors and at the branch management level.
She is a Certified Financial Planner and has a Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
