Neil’s 29-year career in the credit union system was focused in the lending area where he was involved in consumer, agriculture, and commercial.
Neil took part in several credit union task forces including risk assessment, retail installment contracts, policy and procedural development and credit analysis projects.
His additional accomplishments include preparing a trainer’s guide for the Consumer Residential Mortgage Lending class and being contracted by the credit union regulator in Saskatchewan.
